I was contemplating what, from this weekend, I wanted to add to my blog. After thinking about it a while, I concluded why not take you through the entire weekend. So let’s start at the beginning, Saturday morning. Saturday more was a “late” start for us. So I went back into my wildflower images from early last Spring and came up with one of my favorites, the simple Trout Lily, to reprise. I had my eyes open for interesting wildflowers but there really wasn’t much to choose from. These images were made yesterday morning in amongst the raindrops. It never rained hard. Just a plink here and a plunk there. Enough to be annoying without causing any damage or necessitating breaking down the gear and heading for shelter. Once again, I was able to use the shaded creek to provide the dark background.
