How’s that for cryptic title. “4 2″ is what I have entitled this image for what is a hopefully obvious reason. The “A or B” is because I will show two versions of the same image and would like to know which you prefer. Here’s the story. I attended a presentation last night by Tony Sweet, he of the workshop I attended back in late October and one heck of a photographer. He also happens to be a Lensbaby “guru” and presented some Lensbaby images during the course of his presentation. I also had [...] I’ve been carrying the Lensbaby on my want list for way too long so I finally decided to do something about. I ordered the Lensbaby Composer early in the week and it arrived on my doorstep late yesterday. So of the course, the first order of business for today was going to be to put [...] Objective: Experiment with IR images for the purpose of taking them beyond the typical IR landscape image; To utilized some of the more creative techniques that I have been using with color images on IR images. A red rose connotes passion/love while a white rose connotes innocence/purity. Last year’s image were, for the most part, macro/close-up images of single roses. Not exactly the kind of weather I want to wander around in with camera gear if I don’t have to. So what to do?
